Pat Green @ MSG

Crystal and I enjoyed her delayed birthday gift last night by spending the evening in the city and attending the Pat Green concert at Madison Square Garden. I had been to the garden numerous times with my father in my younger years to see the NY Knicks and Rangers play, but this was Crystals first trip. As the opening act for Kenny Chesney Pat was stellar. We have seen him numerous times in Texas but this was a first , a country concert in the heart of the big apple!

Happy Birthday Dad!

Mr. James Warren Baker, father and grandfather joined Crystal and I for a wonderfully prepared birthday dinner. Pops spent the time hanging with Kayla and Crystal while i was remained to the kitchen to do my "chef" thing.

salad course ( baby iceberg w/ oven roasted grape tomatoes, shaved red onion, homemade croutons and a balsamic Caesar dressing) entree ( seared Alaskan king salmon topped with a citrus and fennel salad, over Idaho potato cake, sauted spinach and brussel sprout leaves with a balsamic reduction)
