......feed the tree! No wait Feed Crystal! As we have alluded to in a few past posts, Crystal is pregnant and we are expecting our new addition around June 2nd. As we pack up here in Philly and head north to NY we continue to keep y'all updated.

I feel like riding a hog! Well the time has finally come and I will be moving on. I have accepted a position as the Banquet Sous Chef at the Westchester Renaissance. Some of you may remember this hotel as the one that hosted the brunch following my mothers wedding a few years back. I will miss so much about Philly.........well not really, although there are many fine restaurants and much history here, it will be nice to move on and get back to Crystal, whom has been living in NJ for the past month.
